The life sentence of Oishee reduced to life imprisonmen

The High Court has given life imprisonment to life imprisonment by the reduction of the punishment of girl Oishee Rahman for killing five police officers Mahfuzur Rahman and his wife Swapna Rahman.
Today at around 11pm, Justice Jahangir Hossain Selim and Justice Md. The High Court comprising Jahangir Hossain said this while pronouncing the Bench verdict. Adalat said, five reasons have been given life imprisonment by reducing Oishi's death 

 
 
Firstly: The divine family mental patient. Many of his parents and grandmothers have symptoms of mental illness, among which he is also present in his childhood.
Two: He surrendered on the second day of the killing incident. It shows that he is respected to the law.Three: Oishee was drug addict during the killing. And at the age of 14, he used to buy cessa, yaba, cannabis, Phensidyl and other addictive products.Four: Oishee's parents were indifferent to child rearing. For that reason, he became desperate after his childhoodFive: At the time of the incident, he was 19 years old. His parents did not take proper care of a child of this age. As a result, Oishee became desperate from his early childhood.
During these five reasons, the court reduced the sentence of death penalty to life imprisonment.Oishee Rahman was sentenced to death twice on November 15, 2015. With each death penalty, a fine of Tk 40 thousand was fined Tk 20,000, in default there were two years imprisonment. After the execution of one execution, the other will be canceled directly.
On December 6, 2015, appeals to the High Court against Oishee Rahman Rai by giving 25 arguments.At the same time, Oisheer's friend Mizanur Rahman Rony has been fined two years in jail and fined Tk 5,000. An a month's prison sentence was given in default.The court has acquitted Asaduzzaman Jony, another accused in the case. Judge Sayed Ahmed of Dhaka's 3 Speedy Trial Tribunal announced the verdict.
Judge ABM Sajedur Rahman of the 3rd fast trial tribunal of Dhaka on November 30 last year framed charges against them. In this case, 37 of the 49 witnesses testified in court. On March 9, 2014, on behalf of the Chief Metropolitan Magistrate's Court, the Dhaka Metropolitan Police Inspector (DB) Inspector Abul Khayer filed a chargesheet against the three accused.
On August 16, 2013, police recovered the wounded body of Inspector Mahfuzur Rahman and his wife Swapna Rahman from the Chamelibagh residence of the capital's Malibagh. The incident happened on 17th August, the younger brother of Mahfuzur Rahman was killed. Moshiur Rahman Rubel filed a murder case with the Paltan Police Station. The same day, Oishee surrendered to the Paltan police station.
