Khokan Molla, a man from Maheshpur upazila of Jhenaidah, raped her in a village in Dhaka, demanding a housewife to go to Saudi Arabia. Video shows the rape scene and then spread it over the Internet.
On July 25, the housewife filed a case against Khokon Mollah in the Jhenidah Women and Children Repression Prevention Tribunal. Maheshpur Police Station on Wednesday took the case on Wednesday, according to the court order. However, police could not arrest Khokon Molla.
According to the case of the case, on 24th May, Khokan Mollah of Maheshpur upazila took the victim to Dhaka to fetch the housewife to Saudi Arabia. They came to a house in Dhaka's Mirpur Mazar Road area. Later, Khokon Molla raped the housewife and raped her on a mobile phone. On the evening of June 3, the housewife escaped from the house and returned to the village home.
Khokon Molla returned home the next day and threatened the housewife. If you tell anyone about the rape, then the video threatens to spread on the internet. Khokon tried to settle the matter with arbitration in the area. But the housewife did not accept it. For some time Khokan provided the housewife video to different people. The video is now seen on the mobile phones of people of different social media and people including YouTube, Facebook.
On July 25, the woman filed a case against Khokon Mollah in the Women and Child Repression Prevention Tribunal of Jhenaidah under the Women and Children Repression Prevention and Phenography Control Act on July 25.
Officer-in-Charge of Maheshpur Police Station Ahmad Kabir said the case was taken on Wednesday after receiving the documents from the court. A raid has been conducted to arrest the accused at night. But the accused could not be found.
Asked about the delay, OC said, they did not get the documents of the case so long.
