Kidney stones reduce the risk of gardening in the garden

Kidney stones reduce the risk of gardening in the garden

Scientists of the Washington School of Medicine recently reported this information. At least a third of the risk of kidney stones will decrease in the garden everyday. At the same time, drinking enough water to reduce the risk of kidney stones, caloric intake and acetic acid and to avoid sodium and oxalate-rich foods as far as possible.

According to them, only four hours a week, light gardening can be found in two miles per hour for three hours walk or an hour average level of jogging. At the same time consuming more than 220 calories a day can increase the risk of kidney stones by 42%.

This research proves that maintaining proper weight by taking regular physical labor and moderate diet can help reduce the risk of kidney stones.
