In the name of music video, seven people, including actress Kusum Shikder, have been sued for pornography allegations. Supreme Court lawyer Khandaker Nazmul Ahsan filed the case today on Sunday in the court of Metropolitan Magistrate Nurun Nahar Yasmin of Dhaka. The court took the case and directed the Ramna Police Station to investigate the allegation.

On August 3, a music video titled 'Nasha' was released from the Youtube channel 'Bangbadi' by actress Kusum Shikder. With the release of Kusum Shikdar's open and appealing presence in the video, critical criticism started in media and social media. Later on 13th August, lawyers of Aftab Uddin Siddiqui Raghib gave a legal notice to the plaintiff for removing all the legitimate and illegal videos from the song. Even then, the lawsuit was filed under section 8 of the Pornography Control Act-2012.

In addition to the singer and model Kusum Sikder in the case, some of the accused including the co-model, Khaled Hossain Sujon, the director of the film Shuvra Khan and Srabani and the video publisher of the organization 'Banga' (Steller Digital Ltd) are being accused. Advocate Khaled Hossain Sujon, Ziauddin, Irfan Ullah Comrade and Bayezid Bostami were on behalf of the plaintiff in the case.
In the case of the case, it is said that the drug addiction is in the beginning. I'm in love with your breath

Your addiction to the whole body. Your passion is angry By drinking you ... .... by losing the knowledge, being drunk "by reciting the word 'provocative'. The main song is a separation cliché. The pain of losing loved ones has been revealed. Yet, in spite of being exposed in unequal and inattentive manner, one objectionable, sexually suggestive and obscene scene.
The complaint also stated that the video contained pornography, gesture, naked or semi-sighted scenes of 5 art showers, 7 swimming pool views, 1 bed scene and 3 kissing scenes, including many artifacts. There is no match or connection to the theme of the song. There is no relationship with any industry. Just as the cheapest way to popularize the song, such scenes have been added as Katpiss.
Even the cover photo of the video is obscene and unpleasant. Such sexist, 'Katps' style music video is not just the music industry; Whole society, family and non-state.
