Rape woman, arresting Chhatra League leader, arresting her husband

Her bride has been raped and her husband has been arrested for demanding money. District Detective Branch (DB) arrested Barrashal's Banaripara Upazila Chhatra League president Sumon Hossain Mollah in the case.

On Sunday, Sumon Hossain Molla was arrested from Kalibari Road in Barisal city. Earlier in the afternoon, Housewife's husband sued the BCL leader Sumon and his associate Mamun and filed a case accusing the other two unidentified people.
Sub-Inspector (SI) of district DB investigation officer of the case said. Ruhul Amin said that on the basis of secret information, Banaripara Upazila BCL President Sumon Hossain Mollah was arrested in the Kalibari area of ​​the city.
Sub-inspector of the case told that the plaintiff of the case run CNG-run auto-rickshaw in Chittagong. About 10 months ago, she came to the village house in Banaripara 15 days before the married wife. But the family did not accept them because of her second marriage. Then, with the help of the bride, the driver of the house moved to a house in a village in the upazila. Upazila Chhatra League president Sumon Dasgupta demanded one lakh taka from CNG driver after getting the news. At one stage, Bagbittanda kept the CNG driver and his wife locked in a cell in the village club. Sumon was raped by wife for not paying the money. Mamun, along with three associates, helped Sumon in this work. In the morning, the CNG driver left the bride and left the bride with the help of Suman and his associates.
Officer-in-Charge of Banaripara Police Station Sajjad Hossain said a case has been filed against Sumon and Mamun with unknown names. Victim was sent to the medical college for medical examination.
