It was said that there will be no legal validity of three divorces.Sultana Kamal said, "Muslim marital law has two methods of 'Talala Ahsan' and 'Talala Ihsan', both of which have been made legal for all the 'Talha Tawafis' system, because of this method husband or wife discloses their intention to divorce But if they change the mind within three months, then the divorce will not be effective, if they do not change within three months then three months After that, the divorce will be effective "The Ayub Khan Government has brought reforms in the case of divorce still in Bangladesh.He said that divorce can be possible on the basis of the courts and mutual consent of Bangladesh.If anyone in Bangladesh wants a separation then it will go to an arbitration board. The arbitration board is comprised of three members. There are representatives of one's representative and one wife from the wife and husband."Those who wish for divorce, if they think they can take a solution through the arbitrator, if it does not, then it will be automatically implemented after three months," said Sultana Kamal.If anyone in Bangladesh wants legal protection against the three divorces, it is given to him.Because divorce is not legal in Bangladesh by pronouncing three divorces.But by pronouncing 'three divorce', there is no provision to punish anyone if they want to divorce.However, the divorce will not be legally effective.
