Warrant issued against Imran H, a spokesman of Ganajagaran Mancha (one section).

A warrant has been issued against the spokesman for Ganajagaran Mancha (A section), Imran H Sarkar and his associate Sanatan Ullah, in a case filed on charges of shouting slogans against Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina.Dhaka's Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Chawidul Islam issued the arrest warrant on Wednesday. The court ordered them against breaking the conditions of the bail.
At the same time, the court fixed the date for formation of the case on October 26.

On July 30, Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate of Dhaka Chadidul Islam fixed the date for hearing on September 30 for hearing the case. The accused were asked to appear before the court. But the court issued an arrest warrant against them as the accused did not appear.

Imran H. Solanki lawyer Noman Hossain Talukdar confirmed the matter to Jago News.

Imran and his associate took bail on 16 July by surrendering to the Dhaka Metropolitan Magistrate SM Masud Zaman in the case. Then the court sent the case to the CMM for trial.

According to the complaint, the activists of Ganajagaran Mancha carried out procession from Raju sculpture in front of the National Museum in Shahbagh on 28 May. Imran H Sarker led the torch in protest against the anti-capitalism sculpture. Besides, the traditional Ullah procession chanted slogans. The proclamation was made against the Prime Minister.


The case was defamed on May 31, Dhaka Metropolitan Magistrate SM Masud Zaman filed the case with Chhatra League's central education and editor of the program Golam Rabbani.
