Al-Qaeda, a militant organization, has sent a message to the Myanmar government, saying that the Rohingyas will have to pay strict taxes on torture. The Muslims also demanded the stand on the side of Rohingya Muslims around the world today. India, Bangladesh, Pakistan and the Philippines have requested 'Mujahid brothers' to carry out arms and training in the country - in the country.
